I love the idea for a new public space where people can sit after being at the shop or dropping kids off at school. I like the ideas to move the bus stop to a better location and to raise some kerb heights which is safer.

Would remove all parking from the front of butchers area, allowing only for disabled parking. Move cash machine to stop people parking on double yellow lines to use it.

I realize that the service road has to be kept accessible for bin lorries etc ref width , but car and van drivers do not heed the 20mph speed limit , Could this road become a pedestrian right of way and the speed limit reduced to 10mph and enforced some way with the likes of speed rams
