Don't know what would discourage parking on double yellow lines as they ignore them just now and don't see that changing. Regular visits by parking attendants may help. Must stop takeaway drivers parking on pavement and stop parking at junction Academy St and service Road as its difficult to see if any oncoming traffic on Academy St
